Johann Magnus Johannsson, a district court attorney and former Head of Legal and Compliance at Eik fasteignafelag hf., has joined BBA//Fjeldco. He holds a mag.jur. degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Iceland and an LLM degree from University College London (UCL), where he specialised in Corporate and Finance Law. Johann  Magnus has extensive experience – more than fifteen years of practice, including four years working in the City of London -  in advising Icelandic as well as international businesses in the fields of Corporate Law, Corporate Finance, M&A and Financial Regulation.

Sigridur Reynisdottir is the new Office Manager for BBA//Fjeldco in London. She has worked in the legal and finance sectors in London for the past fifteen years and before joining BBA//Fjeldco, she worked for Kvika Securities Ltd., Kvika banki‘s subsidiary in London. Sigridur studied International Relations at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London.
